On which type of network do the Countis E20/E30 work?

They work on single phase, three-phase with and without neutral networks.

Countis: Do we have a solution to meter many loads with one single meter?

Yes, with a CT meter (E40/E50) and summation CTs. Remember that this is only possible if the different loads come from the same mains network, and that the voltages are the same.

Countis: When should I use MID meters?

European directive transcribed into national laws in the EU countries : its application depends on each country and concerns only the EU. In general, all meters where a financial transaction occurs are concerned. Moreover, even if there is no financial transaction, a MID certified meter is always a better proof than a standard meter.
