WHY CHOOSE A CONTRACT?

A maintenance contract means you can:

    • guarantee the availability and reliability of your installation over a period of time

    • accurately define the services appropriate to your equipment and requirements

    • plan a budget in advance, which doesn't change from year to year

    • benefit from reductions on labour and spare parts.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

Preventive maintenance

Like any electrical appliance, a static power supply needs regular servicing to provide maximum safety. Preventive maintenance is designed to prevent any premature failure or ageing
An annual visit is made to perform the following operations:

    • mechanical inspections
    • electrical inspections
    • dust removal
    • battery inspection
    • replacement of defective parts.

Curative maintenance

As an installation ages, it is more likely to breakdown and stricter monitoring is therefore necessary.
You will benefit from:

     • priority repair and rapid intervention services
     • a choice of intervention time depending on your requirements: 6, 12 or 24 hour
     • the possibility of "round the clock" service
     • a commitment to a specific time for repair

CHOICE OF SOLUTIONS FOR DEVELOPING AND UPGRADING YOUR INSTALLATION

CIM advises you in the choice of solutions for developing and modernising your installation according to your environment.
This advice particularly concerns the following requirements:

     • redundancy
     • power increase
     • recommendations for solutions to harmonics problems
     • etc.
